Mexican Martini

July 11, 2011

I had my first Mexican Martini at a recent party. Immediately it became my new favorite cocktail. So, of course I wanted to find a recipe to use at home. This recipe has been a good starting point for finding the perfect mix.

Ingredients:

2 parts quality tequila (I use Patron Silver)

1 part Cointreau (or Grand Marnier)

2 parts Sprite

1 ½ parts orange juice

juice of ½ lime

Mix all ingredients together in cocktail shaker with ice. Strain ice and pour into martini glass.
