Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

I learned a new trick for making cookies. I used a 1½ inch ice cream scoop to form the dough into balls for baking. This results in evenly sized cookies that bake perfectly. After scooping the dough onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet, slightly flatten each ball before baking.
