Soft Pretzels

I made these mini soft pretzels with the intention to deliver some to friends.

And then we ate all 36 of them. They’re that good.

The pretzels take a good couple of hours to make–there are lots of steps–but it’s worth it. They’re best when they’re warm and freshly baked. If you do have leftovers, store them out and unwrapped–just pop them in your toaster oven to reheat them.

I followed this recipe exactly.
