Rosemary Chicken Burgers

We made these last weekend and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked them. They have been added to our dinner rotation!

Ingredients: (makes 3-4 burgers)

For the mayonnaise:

1 cup mayonnaise

2-3 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

For the burgers:

1 pound ground chicken

salt and pepper

buns

To make the mayonnaise, stir all the ingredients together and set aside.

Preheat grill.

For the burgers, combine the chicken and half of the mayonnaise mixture in a medium bowl. Season with salt, pepper and any other desired seasonings. Depending on the size, you should get about 3-4 burgers formed. Don’t worry if they seem really wet–they’ll end up very moist. Grill them for about 7-8 min on each side. Top with remaining rosemary mayonnaise.
