Homemade Hamburger Buns

This is my 3rd attempt at making fresh buns. The first two seemed to be going well until they came out of the oven and I cut into them. They were dense and heavy like hockey pucks. This recipe is perfection–light, a slight crunch when you bite into them but soft on the inside. These buns are like something you would pay money for at a bakery–and now you can make them yourself!
