Greek Frozen Yogurt

The unthinkable has happened–I reached into the freezer today and there wasn’t any ice cream. That NEVER happens. I also lacked ingredients to make ice cream, so I did the next best thing. I made FroYo! I used 2 cups of greek yogurt and about ¼ cup of sugar. Mix these together and give it a taste before churning in your ice cream maker. If it’s too tart, add a bit more sugar. When it’s finished, it has a nice consistency like soft-serve. However, later in the freezer it completely froze solid. Next time I will add 1-2 tbsp of vodka to prevent it from freezing all the way.
