Tilapia with Mustard Chive Sauce

August 24, 2012

When I’m in a rush to get dinner on the table, fish is always a great option. To cook the fish (I used Tilapia) simply brush on a bit of olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper and broil it  for about 7-10 minutes. But this dish (at least for me) is all about the sauce. It comes together so quickly and with ingredients I always have on hand–and would go nicely with any type of fish that you choose.

Sauce Ingredients:

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tsp agave nectar or honey (I used agave)

1 tsp dijon mustard

1 lemon, freshly squeezed

2 tbsp chopped fresh chives

salt and pepper

Recipe found here.
