Shrimp Lo Mein

One of the (many) food blogs that I like to visit is Appetite for China, and I’ve got quite a few recipes bookmarked that I can’t wait to try. Before making this Lo Mein, I hadn’t made any kind of authentic Chinese food. This Shrimp Lo Mein was a great dish to start with–it was a cinch to put together. You could also substitute chicken or beef in place of the shrimp.
