Honey White Bread

September 11, 2012

Fresh bread that’s straight out of the oven and then slathered with butter makes for a great day in my house. Good thing this recipe makes 2 loaves–one of them was polished off immediately. I used my stand mixer to all the mixing and kneading, which makes this recipe pretty simple. The flour measurement is not an exact one, so add the last cup of flour very slowly. You can always add more, but you can’t take it out.

Find the recipe here. This also freezes nicely–leave it out for a few hours to defrost, then put it in your oven at a low temperature (around 250°) to warm it up. You’ll never know it was frozen!
