Crock Pot Meatballs
Meatballs have become my go-to dinner on super busy evenings (that seem to be happening way too much for my liking). This recipe has only 2 ingredients–but you could easily add more if you like an extra spicy or sweet sauce.
frozen meatballs (my favorites are from Trader Joes)
1 bottle chili sauce
2-4 spoonfuls of grape jelly
Throw everything in the crock pot and let it cook on low for a few hours. Serve with a side of hot pasta or make them into a sandwich.
*If you like them spicy: add red pepper flakes, diced onions and jalapenos or hot sauce
*If you like them sweet: add more grape jelly and brown sugar
