Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Making your own graham cracker crust is so easy–and tastes way better than the ones you buy at the store. This is a time to bust out your food processor, if you have one. If not, a hand mixer works fine too. Have kids? Smashing graham crackers is a great job for them.


1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup sugar (you could probably get away with using less)

6 tbsp butter, melted

½ tsp cinnamon

Oven to 375°. Mix everything together until well combined. Press into a pie plate and bake for 7 minutes. Let cool completely before adding pie filling.
