Heath Bar Ice Cream

Heeeeeeeeaaaaaaath! Sorry–I’m a big Steelers fan and I love to hear the crowd cheer for him. You can always tell how many Steeler fans are at the away games by how loud the “Heeeeeeeaaaaaath” cheer is. (It’s always really loud–Steeler fans are everywhere.)

You can use any candy bar you like in this–it’s the same base that I used for my Butterfinger ice cream.


4-5 Heath Bars, chopped

1 cup whole milk

2 cups heavy cream

¾ cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Mix the milk, cream, sugar and vanilla together until the sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate for a few hours, then freeze in your ice cream maker. Add the Heath bars in the last few minutes of freezing.
