Buffalo Chicken Dip

Have you decided what you’re making for the Super Bowl yet? This year I am more excited for the food than the actual game. This dip is a family favorite and I will definitely be making this on Sunday for the Super Bowl. I make this dip fairly often–it’s the perfect treat for Sunday football. I apologize in advance that my measurements are not very exact, but trust me, it is impossible to mess this dip up. You can adjust the ingredients as you like–less hot sauce, more Ranch, etc.


2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature and cut into small chunks

1 bottle hot sauce (I recommend Franks)

1 bottle Ranch dressing

Preheat oven to 400°. In a 9×13 baking dish (or something close to that size) layer the chicken on the bottom. Cover the chicken with Franks hot sauce–you will use the whole bottle or almost all of it. Next add the Ranch dressing and swirl it around using a knife. Sorry, just eyeball the amount–you’ll get a pink-ish color. Last, place the cream cheese pieces throughout the dish. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until it’s hot and bubbly. Serve immediately with chips, crackers or French bread.
