Chocolate Gelato

It’s that time of year again…warmer weather is here to stay so naturally I’ve got quite a long list of new ice cream flavors I can’t wait to make. Of course my boys always request chocolate (or vanilla bean) so I made this chocolate gelato. If you haven’t made gelato before, give it a try. I find that gelato flavors are a bit more intense than ice creams, which is a good thing when it comes to chocolate. Gelato freezes pretty hard, so it helps to set it out for 5-10 minutes before scooping.
