White BBQ Sauce

WhiteBBQSauce

I keep a fairly constant supply of this white BBQ sauce in the fridge. We like it with pretty much any meat, seafood and even vegetables. Mostly recently we had kabobs with shrimp, steak, zucchini and onion, and this was the perfect sauce to accompany them.

Ingredients:

1½ cup mayo

1/3 cup white vinegar

1 tsp pepper

½ tsp salt

½ tsp sugar

1 garlic clove, minced

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container (I use a Mason jar). Will keep in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
