Alfredo Chicken

This might be my kids’ favorite dinner. They seriously devour it and then ask for seconds and even thirds. I don’t make alfredo sauce from scratch very often because I usually “make” the frozen bag from Trader Joes (which is really good!). You can put this together fairly quickly, if you get 3 burners going all at once. One for the pasta, one for the chicken and one for the sauce. Everything will be finished at the same time, less than 30 minutes. Tip: slice your chicken breasts in half length-wise so they cook faster. I used this recipe–it’s one of those recipes where you measure everything really carefully the first time you make it, then just eyeball it the next time. It’s pretty hard to mess this one up.
